• Operator Information: Operator names and badge IDs used for job assignment and scan-in/scan-out tracking.
• Status History: Timestamps and status transitions for each work order, logged for traceability and audit purposes.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage data (page views, feature usage) collected via PostHog to improve the application.
• Error Reports: Crash and error data collected via Sentry for stability monitoring. No production data is included in error reports.

How We Use Your Data

• Display and manage your production schedule in real time
• Track job status, operator assignments, and machine utilization

Data Storage & Security

All production scheduling data is stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB. No job data, operator names, or work order details are transmitted to external servers. The application operates offline-first and does not require a backend database for core functionality.

Anonymous analytics and error telemetry are the only data sent to third-party services (PostHog and Sentry), and these contain no production or personally identifiable information.

Third-Party Services

• Sentry: Error and crash tracking for application stability. Anonymous technical data only.
• PostHog: Anonymous product analytics (page views, feature usage). No PII collected.
• Vercel: Hosting and deployment infrastructure.
