Data Responsibility

Production data entered into Shamong Pulse is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical production data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from browser storage limits, device failures, or user actions.

Disclaimers

Shamong Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Schedule data shown in the application should be verified against authoritative production systems before use in critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shamong Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this application, including production delays or data loss.
